The App is designed for spontaneous activities and open-minded connection within your city or while traveling. These Guidelines explain how to use the App responsibly, respect others, and keep the community safe.
All members are expected to read and follow these Guidelines together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. When you use Meet Around, you agree to act with respect, honesty, and care toward others.
We want Meet Around to feel relaxed, social, and friendly. Here are the basic expectations for every member:
Be respectful. Speak and act courteously. Do not insult, pressure, or intimidate others.
Be real. Use your own photo, name, and personality. Fake profiles or misrepresentation are not allowed.
Keep things friendly. Meet Around is about making social connections, not romantic or sexual solicitation.
Stay safe. Think before you share personal information or meet new people. Follow the safety steps described in the App.
Help keep it clean. Avoid posting spam, illegal material, or anything that might offend or endanger others.
You are welcome to post about shared interests, public activities, creative ideas, or casual meetups such as coffee, sports, or cultural events.
Your posts should always encourage open participation and respectful interaction.

Meet Around reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules or is inconsistent with our values of safety and respect.
Many users meet offline to enjoy activities together. These meetups are entirely voluntary and not organized by Meet Around. Always prioritize your safety.
Meet Around is not responsible for user behavior during offline meetings. Everyone participates at their own choice and risk.
Your profile should reflect who you are in a friendly and authentic way. Avoid using nicknames or photos that mislead others about your identity. Do not include personal contact details, financial information, or external links in your bio.
When chatting in the App:
Users who receive inappropriate or suspicious messages should use the in-app report feature immediately.
Safety is shared between all members. If you see anything that seems harmful, dishonest, or abusive, please report it.
To report, open the post or profile and use the "Report" button. Our team reviews every report in good faith and acts accordingly.
Blocking another user prevents contact but does not automatically send a report—please report separately if needed.
Users who misuse reporting or blocking features to harass others may also face restrictions.

Business or professional accounts may be introduced later to promote events or local experiences. Until then, avoid sharing commercial promotions, product ads, or referral links. Meet Around is a social network, not a marketplace.
When business accounts become available, they will follow separate terms and remain bound by these same community rules.
Meet Around uses both technology and human review to protect users. Content or accounts may be restricted or removed if they break these Guidelines or the Terms.

You will normally be notified if moderation affects your account. You can appeal within fourteen days by emailing support@meet-around.com.
Severe violations, threats, or illegal activities may be reported to authorities.
